I have used Metro multiple times over the past several years and been very pleased. A little more expensive maybe but it’s wonderful to drive inside and have a facility that is heated and cooled. I recently changed to a larger unit to accommodate some additional furniture. Agent was very pleasant and mission accomplished. When I came today with the movers she would not let them drive in and could not even come in the back door.
Deceptive over the phone. They don't tell you that you have to buy their insurance. They even have a sign inside their office that says insurance is recommended. They actually require you to buy it. There is a difference between recommendation and requirement. They just wasted 30 minutes of my time and gas.

I got here at 9 thinking I’d be able to get into to the new storage unit I just rented, as I was told it’s be “move-in” ready. The unit was locked and It is now 11, and still nobody to help. I wouldn’t typically mind, but I have a uhaul to return, and I can’t.

Ms. Conner….over the past several years that you have been a tenant, our store staff, district manager, and corporate management have all attempted to address and work with you on the myriad issues you have raised during that time. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, you remain dissatisfied.
Disappointing that I was told 50% off for the first two months only to be told it’s 25% off. Completely opposite of what the website said. Also surprised at all the upfront fees. What was supposed to be $40 turned into $88.

We have been with Metro since 2019 and out grew our current locker. We upgraded to a larger locker. The staff here are amazingly great. We love the controlled temperature as it keeps our items stored safe from weather damage. This building is always sparkling clean every time we go there. The staff are always happy and smiling that is contagious. I have so many great things to say about Metro, I could write a book.

Bays are clean, easy in and out. Rental process was easy. My only complaints are the bathroom was very badly in need of being cleaned, and the office/lobby hours were not as posted.
