The GOOD: The moving crew were on-time, courteous, detailed, and got right to work. the move out process was smooth and efficient, as was the move in process at my next building. the crew leader did all he could to ensure a smooth experience. The BAD: the final piece of furniture, a dining room table, was brought in and when unwrapped the leg on the table was visibly damage. wood splintered and the leg was completely detached from the table.

I used good stuff a couple years ago and it was a great experience, not the case this time. Damaged furniture (wrecking a dresser, denting a family heirloom trunk, they kept stacking up heavy bins on top of the wood credenza, without even anything protecting the tops so all pretty scratched) I can’t even count the number of times I moved the crew’s drinks/water bottles from sitting on top of my wood table, completely unprotected.

Destroyed a $3000 bed during disassembly, then tried to cover it up by forcing the prices back together. Had to actively stop movers from bouncing an overloaded dolley down the stairs. Great choice if you do not value any of your belongings, the place they are leaving or the place they are going. Edit: I just found a significant gouge on a practically new white leather couch that was in perfect shape prior to the move. Avoid at all cost.

Gave me an entirely different quote than what I actually paid, the movers were milking time took very long to get to drop off location. They taped my dresser drawers instead of taking them out which once they removed the tape it ripped off all the wall paper/faux stain on the wood. I just came across the situation pictured below, with a ramp stretched across 2 lanes of traffic with no cones or warning signs. It's only a matter of time before this unbelievably reckless company gets someone killed. I think it's safe to assume they are probably this careless with your goods as well. We recently moved from Vadnais Heights, MN, to Madison, WI, and couldn't be happier with our experience. The team of 4 movers arrived right on time and had our entire 2-story, 4-bedroom home packed and loaded in just 2 hours and 45 minutes. They were friendly, professional, hardworking, and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. They took great care of our belongings by wrapping and gently handling all of our furniture.

On time, but truck too small- and I had sent a complete inventory list! Had to make separate trips to house and storage unit because of this. They worked hard and were fast and pretty careful, but the inexperienced guy put boxes in wrong areas ( garage rather than kitchen) and carried my bins with multiple drawers with nails, nuts, bolts, etc.ON THEIR BACKS and they got jammed and mixed up. See pics. Sorting out will take days. Didn’t put the feet back on the sofa and it was heavy work for me (78 years).

We were very impressed with this company. I talked to several others but Samantha was so pleasant that I chose this one. We had a jukebox moved from our friend's house to ours - about 28 miles. Our friend said the guys - Dylan & his coworker - showed up on time & were very nice to her (& her dog). They expertly wrapped the jukebox & it arrived safely. They were very professional & good natured. We all enjoyed the experience! I will use this business again & recommend it to others. Thank you so much!

We were very happy with Good Stuff Moving! I spoke with John P. the first time I called. He very kindly answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the process.
