The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This review is quite late, but we used RJ Moving a couple years ago and the movers were EXTREMELY hard-working and professional. They were also very careful with our stuff. They didn't dawdle or milk the clock. Ruth was also very thorough when she gave us our quote. She came to our house in Chaska and gave us a reasonable price. Some moving places underestimate the moving charges and give you one heck of a surprise when the bill's due. This was the exact opposite with RJ.
This company was one of the best decisions I made for my move. From start to finish, Romeo and his team was, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They arrived on time, handled all items with care, and completed the move …
Best decision we've made to go with this company. Great communication throughout the whole move, great customer service, and great people!
Ruth is such a wonderful person. She came to our house to give us an estimate. She cautioned us that it might not be the lowest bid we get but if they spent less time packing our house, we would be charged less. When all was said and done, we we actually charged significantly less because we had most everything ready to move. The final charge was VERY reasonable. The movers were polite, careful with our belongings and very courteous.
