I will never use Flex Movers again. Communication was horrible. It was extremely difficult to speak with someone and they never called back as promised. The movers sent to unpack the trailer were physically unable to move one of the pieces from the trailer and I had to pay other movers to finish the job. They damaged some of the furniture and then refused to pay the claim. They also failed to unload a ladder from the trailer and it took 6 weeks to get it back.

I love these guys. Truly, I cannot tell you how big the job was that I asked for--the most number of boxes you ever saw, a crazy high percentage of breakable and delicate items, and on top of that, somehow everything I own is just really super heavy and tedious to unassemble and reassemble)... And these guys were the fastest, most helpful, respectful, and completely capable of everything that I needed to be able to move my belongings.

These people were super nice and very helpful throughout the whole moving process. They made it streamlined and easy for me, which was a huge plus. The moving truck showed up on time and the workers were very friendly. Highly recommend

Moved a huge safe and an even larger solid wood entertainment center that weighed even more than the safe. Did a good job and with a short window to get the move done. I can't rate them highest because they did not discuss additional charges for their time, and the 450 I was quoted turned into 650 when it arrived.Had I not assisted it probably would've taken even longer.
