I had a terrible experience with them. They broke my lambs while moving, and scratch the walls. Solomon promised me to pay me back the damage separately, but he lied. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Hey Claudia, I'm sorry you feel slighted for the circumstances that occurred at the end of July in regards to your move. You called us the day before you had to move out of your old apartment, and we wanted to accommodate your unique circumstances as best that we could.
They are not professionals, their movers are not experienced and have no tools and they send me two guys one of them cannot walk . My sun had to move the items with them

Flex Movers packed and moved me a very short distance from 2300 to 2700 Thimens. They broke a costly lamp, made a tear in my loveseat, broke the glass on a pic plus had many scratches on furniture. Very sloppy. Submitted a claim but they never followed up. Unanswered phone calls and texts. Shameful taking advantage senior lady of 80. I would NEVER NEVER recommend them anyone. BE AWARE STAY AWAY. Am following up with Consumer Protection and small claims court.

A friend of mine recommended Flex Movers. I contacted the owner, Solomon, and did a phone consult. The estimate was accurate. They were professional, punctual and accommodating. Sol noticed damage to the deep freeze. He informed me of it right away. They were amazing at getting items out of tight places. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone.
