Whoever answers the phone doesn't answer with a company name just hello... so I asked if it was rdm movers and then was hung up on. I read the reviews and they are all very positive so I called back. Again just a hello so I asked again if it was the rdm movers he replied with "yah" (he didnt say anything else after that), made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by calling.

Had a bad experience with these movers. Poor communication, they don't follow your instructions and OVERPRICING. Plus they give you attitude if you have lots of stuff to move. I won't recommend this to anyone.

I had a great experience with RDM Movers Ltd. The team was punctual, professional, and handled all of my belongings with care. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the move, and made what could have been a stressful day …
Great group of hard workers. Had them move a large hot tub from Calgary to Edmonton and they took all the precautions to make sure the tub was properly protected in transport, securely wrapped in heavy duty canvas and strap guards. They arrived on time, ready to work, with all the necessary equipment. I'd hire them again without hesitation.
I used RDM to move my hot tub from Edmonton to Stony Plain. I had used them before, so I called them back, and once again they were great. These guys run like a well-oiled machine. They made moving the hot tub look easy and were very courteous, helpful, and professional the whole time. They even helped put my fence back together afterward. Thanks again! Highly recommend.
