Had a really bad experience with this company. We were booked for moving today, but at the last minute their truck broke down. They only informed us 10 minutes before the scheduled time, leaving us stranded. We have a newborn baby, and instead of trying to arrange another truck or help us in any way, the person I spoke to was rude and even threatened me. Hi Cole, I'm not sure how to address this but being the 'other' person on the move, I don't know what the issue is? Sorry Moe did not close the door when he went pee. He did say he thought he closed the door but it opened as he was going. Even so, I was there when he went and the customer was not.
If I can give 0 I will. Booked with them on August 26 for move out on September 14 at 10 o’clock. Received a phone call at 10 o’clock saying the truck is broken and can’t make it today. Everything is packed and I have a week old baby. Poor service. Called them and the guy on the phone said that he “will break my legs” and will go for defamation if I leave a bad review.
