Avoid at all costs. On the 25th of May, I moved from a house to a brand new, never lived in condo. Upon inspecting my belongings and property I found damage to one of the speakers to my $3,000 sound system as well as scratches on the brand new floor in my condo that ran from near the entrance to the living room area. Called, texted and left messages and was completely ghosted for 12 days now.
Unprofessional company that will not give you a heads up if they are cancelling on you. (under 2 hours notice and I had to reach out myself to find out they were cancelling last minute). Perhaps they’re good if they show up, but based on my experience, I would recommend elsewhere if you need a reliable company!
The movers were 2 hours late and they decided to give my 30$ off wow what a great relief. Two hours late working into the night now. The fellow goes “I need hundred twenty dowlah” 500$ later and my own labour too. They left all my stuff in the lobby and left

Hi Karen, I understand your disappointment about not having all of your items moved; however, that does not justify making false claims about what occurred. The movers completed your job within the approved timeframe and acted professionally throughout the process.
Very disappointing experience with Moving Now I would strongly caution anyone considering Moving Now. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating. During our move, damage was caused to the walls at both our old home and our new home. The lead mover, AJ, was standing with us when the damage was identified. He was informed directly and called the office to report the issue. We were told that someone would get back to us and that the damage would be addressed.
Complete SCAMMERS!!! Never received a confirmation email even after sending a deposit of $100 ( because in this market they couldn’t keep and were extremely busy). No one will return my calls. I’m disgusted with this behaviour. DO NOT EVEN MAKE THE PHONE CALL!

Great service! The team was on time, friendly, efficient, and took excellent care of my belongings. Highly recommend!
I would like to sincerely thank the crew for their professionalism, punctuality, and excellent organization throughout my move. Everything went exactly as expected. I moved from a 3-bedroom house with a basement, and the job was completed within the estimated hours and budget. All items were carefully protected before loading, and there were no damages at all.
Had a great move today. Everything went so smoothly. The guys were on time and only took two five minute breaks from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Very professional and we will hire them again if needed (hopefully not too soon). We will definitely be telling our family & friends who to hire for a very smooth move. Thank you so much.
