Headline: Quoted $704—Charged $2,500. Avoid this company. ​I had a terrible experience with Flex Moving & Storage. I was given a written quote of $704.00, but they ended up charging me $2,500.00—a nearly 250% increase. Even though they have already admitted to the overcharge by issuing a small partial refund of $208, they are refusing to refund the remaining balance. ​To make matters worse: ​Equipment: They didn't even use professional moving trucks for the entire job; they showed up with a truck and a trailer.

An absolute dumpster fire of a company. DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! They are absolute scammers to the core. If Google had a negative star rating for this company, I absolutely would give them this rating. We recently hired Flex to help with moving our family. We got the ‘Gold’ package initially, but were told to go with the ‘Premium’ package. We were told this would be anywhere between $1500 to $1800.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. While the analyst who provided the quote was helpful, the moving day experience was problematic. The quoted amount was $508, I paid $250 initially and was told the remaining $258.30 would be collected on moving day. The laborers mentioned the work is completed within an hour, and the billing team confirmed full payment was received on Feb 2nd.

Keys - 14 foot trailer only - retaliation charges - had to hire another company to finish job. They had 28 foot truck to finish job. Needed all the space - all furniture has damage - broke contract Make sure to have everything in writing and record all of your phone calls. They only have a 14 foot trailer. We listed everything that we had down to the exact amount of boxes. We even included bigger plants. Once the larger furniture was loaded they refuse to make a second trip ever though you paid for extra hours.

We were in constant contact with this moving company, but the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The billing and customer service teams clearly don’t communicate with each other. We had confirmed our appointment for 8–10 a.m., only to get a call that same morning asking if we still wanted the service because it was raining. They then changed the time twice, even though we had already taken the day off and arranged everything around this move.

Flex lied during the quote, showed up with the wrong equipment, caused way more damage than movers should, and forced me to pay for another company to finish the job. First, the quote had all my items - it was a big move. But they showed up with a pickup and a trailer. Despite flat packing most of my stuff, they had no room for any boxes!! They ran out of space in the trailer and then said they can't put anything in the bed of the truck. Should have said that before they started.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Flex & Store’s mover and management service. From start to finish, the process was marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and an overall disregard for customer expectations. Scheduling was disorganized, with delays that were neither clearly explained nor properly communicated. On the day of service, the movers arrived late and appeared unprepared.

This company is trash they scheduled me for a move today August 4th we paid our deposit of $150 dollars....my schedule time was 8 o'clock in the morning, the moving truck showed but no movers, so after an hour of my time they said they have to reschedule my window from 9 to 10:45 still no movers showed up...then I called the company and they rescheduled my time slight to 2 o'clock guaranteed me a team would be here and no one showed up...me and the driver waited there since 8 o'clock this morning, so finally when…
