Never use this company! They will over charge you, then not move all your stuff. On top of that they are careless and will damage your property then argue with you that your stuff is old and not worth anything, even if it is new. Management is rude. And they will tell you that you only have soany days to file a claim, but then will take weeks to get back to. If they dare reply to this I will slap the emails on here.

Pick another Mover! I hired this company to move me from my old house to my new condo, which is only a 15 minute ride away. I had already moved over my entire kitchen and lots of boxes on my own in an attempt to keep the cost down. Movers moved big furniture and 15 boxes, more or less. Move was estimated at 4-6 hours. They send 3 guys, but 75% of work was done mostly by 2 of them. They did not have the necessary tools and I had to run out and buy an Allen wrench (I bought 3).
It took me a while to write a review because I prefer to avoid writing bad reviews. For the way moving was executed, I paid too much money. Pros: fast! Cons: Broke a lot of stuff, including a $700+ statue that was outside my old house. Which is fine, the damage report is filed, but the statue belong to my landlord and it could be moved from the way easily. I still don't understand why they didn't do that as it is an obvious thing. The wall in my old place is damaged, too.

Though the communication leading up to the move was great and the employees who showed up were nice people, we did not get the service we paid for. We hired Two Men and a Truck to pack our apartment and load our truck. We ended up doing most of the packing ourselves, even having to have a friend come over to help carry the boxes to the truck. While the person (from Two Men and a Truck) who was arranging the back of the truck did a good job, we were otherwise disappointed.

Way more expensive than other moving companies..I have the money but it seems like they overcharge..I have a small basically empty apartment..no furniture..no appliances that needs to be moved ..no tvs to take down etc I only have a full sized mattress and like 6 boxes and im moving only 10 minutes away and the quote was close to 800 dollars ..he quoted they'd be in the apt for 2 hours and its 180 per hour ..plus fees..charging almost 400 extra for "fees" is insane ..I called other companies and theyre charging me…

This company canceled my move with a week's notice in April, leaving me with no way to move to my new apartment. They cited the stay in place order as the reason, but I saw moving trucks on the road working that same month. I luckily found a local business that charged me half the price and got things done for me very smoothly. Ended up saving about $400 on my move despite 2 Men leaving me completely in the lurch.

My experience with this company in regards to communication, friendliness and timeliness was first rate from the management to the movers themselves. Unfortunately, when I started to unpack the things that they packed for me, there were several boxes where items were just thrown into boxes, or boxes not filled so items moved around and were damaged. This is just unacceptable when it comes to trusting someone with your things.
