The loading personnel require a five-star rating before any potential damage can be assessed. Their colleagues on the unloading team have identified shortcomings in the loading process. Additionally, the interior wood panels of their trailers shed particles that can contaminate furniture, especially when items are insufficiently wrapped, despite clear requests for proper wrapping, which were only partially met.

I was so patient with this company and put my entire move from another state in their hands , I drove 18hours from Nebraska to Texas & paid a $50 deposit along with a $200 payment prior to them starting or completing the service . I was told they would arrive between 10am & 12pm I call @ 12:30 & nobody knows what’s going on TWICE they said they would call me back in 15min I never heard back and had to keep calling , I proceeded to work with them patiently finally hearing back around 2:30 letting me know sombody…

Wish I could write a 0 star but can’t. Scheduled this company to move my furniture on Saturday between 8am-9am which a $250 deposit was required, wasn’t able to meet the movers because, I got delayed and I got rescheduled for a later time frame without notice and I had things to do later on the day. A manager was supposed to call but never did, instead I got left out, taken advantage of and my $250 that I deposited wasn’t refunded.

I had a very disappointing experience with Flex Moving. I was charged for services that were never rendered. After adjusting the scheduled time several days in advance, there was clear miscommunication on their end, and the employees still arrived at the original time. Because of this error, the move could not proceed and was ultimately canceled. Despite the cancellation, Flex Moving kept my down payment and an additional fee that had been charged for the time adjustment.

Whom ever called me about my moving quote hung up in my face after they asked if I wanted to move forward with them after I said not at the moment due to the price they hung up immediately after this gives a bad look and is very unprofessional and to add to this I could tell the person already was having a bad day due to the way they answered the phone very unprofessional.

Worst moving experience ever. If you want to move in a timely manner and not wait all day for more trucks and more men to show up, then look elsewhere. I don’t know anything about the storage services, but I would never use them for moving. Our 4 hour move took 12 hours. We waited on pods, trucks, and not all the men showed up on time.

Absolutely the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. We hired this company after clearly explaining we had a full four-bedroom home with a king-sized bedroom set, sectional couch, and bulky furniture. Despite this, they showed up with two small trailers — and not even at the same time. The trailers are delivered by separate drivers, and the movers (who are independent contractors, not part of the company) show up in their own cars.

We paid for 4 hours with an understanding of $250 per hour extra, we had a three bedroom 2 1/2 car garage. They showed up with 2 small trailers. At arriving at our new house they sat in their cars for an hour waiting for the green light to unload. After 2 1/2 hours their trailers were unloaded and they left.We were told a trailer would come back. We called the office and were told no movers wanted to come back. We had a living room and three bedrooms left. All they moved was the garage.
