On June the 8th, 2018 this storage facility had a broken gate. The new management informed me that the facility was having issues. Many units not logged, making it difficult to know what, if any, available units are ready. Lots of units have been broken into overnight to vacate without payment. It's just not secure at the present time. I would definitely rent elsewhere or be heavily scrutinizing of this place. Ask a lot of questions and get a bulletproof lock.
I'm so sorry for your previous experience. We have new management, repaired the gate, many doors, remodeled the office, as well as improved signage and security since you last visited.
Horrible place, very rude and unprofessional! Rats ate through most of my things with no reimbursement at all. I got locked out of my unit twice within a year that I know of while my balance was paid in full. We had to cut the lock off our unit to get to our belongings because no one would come remove the lock after I drove over two hours to get to my unit.
Love having rat poop all over my personal belongings. I abandoned my unit 524. Disgusting nasty nasty nasty. For anyone who wants any of the items in it. They’re yours at your own risk 🤮🤮 not to mention auto pay don’t ever work and they love charging you a fee when THEY mess up. Never answers phone. Don’t ever call back when you call them ither. I called 5 times when they were open.
Rebecca: This was an extremely hard review for me to read. I take Great Pride in my Customer satisfaction. Honestly at 1st. I was mad, Thinking you were out of line, But after thinking about it, I realized that the proverbial "BUCK" stops here with me.
Well I have had a storage unit here for almost 3 months with no problems... But then... I have went 2-3 times a week to pay my storage and nobody has been there to accept my payment... I go the last time and again doors locked but cars …
First of all, we are so sorry for your experience! The people you spoke with originally were tenants of the warehouse and not affiliated with management of the property. Darius was the property manager at the time and is no longer with the company.
4 times now been locked out for the keypad to the gate doors. Huge waste of time and you can't get to your stuff when they are closed. Suppose to be 24 hour access. Or at least until 11 pm poor poor service.
This is a review from a previous owner. The property has been under new ownership as of June 2016 and has made great strides in improving the quality of customer service and overall maintenance.

Good place. Rented a u-haul there and the people working there were great. Made sure it was stress free and quick. Explained everything thoroughly and had us on our way.

Todd’s the best here. We have been renting a unit for a couple years and out of all my units in MI, this one is the best run and the best price. Always upbeat and always helpful, Todd is one of the main reasons I don’t even look for another unit nearby. Top notch customer service every day! Best pricing around.
