BEWARE! THIS IS A SKETCHY & UNSCRUPULOUS MOVING COMPANY! We originally hired Florida Smart Movers, LLC in July, 2021, to PACK and move the contents of our condo into storage. We hired them again on August 10th and August 11th to move all of our belongings from storage to our new condo. This move was absolutely horrendous, many badly damaged and broken pieces of furniture along with items we never received. In fact, we received items, including furniture pieces that didn’t even belong to us.
DON USE ThisCOMPANY, THIS COMPANY. THEY GIVE YOU A QUOTE AND ONCE THEY GET THERE THEY JACK THE PRICE UP. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD CHARE ME $320 ONCE THEY GOT THERE JACKED THE PRICE UP ANOTHER $800 MORE. THEY RIP YOU OFF!!! They tell you one price and once they get you there they charge you $709-$800 dollars more. I was told on the phone that my move would cost $320. When they got there they charged me another. $500. They don't tell you that on the phone.

Stay away! They damaged the garage door in my building while backing up, the building charged me $1200, they were saying they will pay it back to me next month because “this month is slow” for them …
