All My Sons Moving & Storage

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving Company. They arrived three hours late without proper communication. While packing up my old apartment, they broke the living room light fixture and did not fix it or take responsibility. When we arrived at my new place, I was suddenly told I would be charged $1,000 for only eight items. This was never clearly communicated beforehand.

10/3/25 I filed a claim at the end of September and it was denied quickly saying All My Sons Moving and storage is not responsible for anything once it leaves their storage and this is to prove that they're horrible because I have someone else's nice mirror that was in my storage and it's not even mine and my two CD towers that I've had for years I never received unless it was stolen from my storage and I'm pretty sure that person in Stone mountain Ga has my two CD towers and I have their mirror and I have the…

Called 3 times Grady picked up said the name then stopped responding. But I could still hear background noise and stuff like he just didn't want to work.

UPDATE: July 5, 2019 I've got to drop them to two stars now. There was a billing issue when I used this service a second time. I hired this service again to move my stuff on June 21, 2019. When the movers arrived, the main mover said I didn't have to pay for shrink wrap because I didn't have that much stuff (only boxes, a bed with a basic simple frame, and a glass desk). He also said I didn't have to pay for a mattress bag because I had already purchased a brand new one from Uhaul. They used this Uhaul bag.

I’ve moved 10 times in 14 years and this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I literally moved from a one bedroom apartment ACROSS THE STREET to a townhome in the same complex and it cost $804.00. I was quoted $300-400, which I was fine with because I didn’t want to move anything myself and just wanted it done quickly. It took the movers 2.5 hours to load a one bedroom apartment.

My Mom and Dad hired ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE to move their belongings from Alexandria, LA to Mobile, AL. They purchased the TOP TIER moving package Which was supposed to be a ‘stress-free’ experience. Well… it was anything BUT stress free. Here is how it was handled: The movers showed up hours late each day. They took two hour lunch breaks along with other extended breaks throughout the day. The 1 1/2 Day expectation to pack their home took three days.

We had an absolute horrible experience with this company. Specially, the Pensacola office. Our moving coordinator was absolutely unhelpful, and failed to contact us about anything. The moving date was changed, and we were not informed at all until the day before our flight was scheduled; the only reason we were informed is because we had to contact our coordinator, Jacob Graff, and we were ignored for several days.

Kelmy, Tracy, Jay, and Steph did a great job with our move from Pensacola to Virginia. Everyone arrived on time, moved quickly, and handled our stuff with care. Would definitely recommend to anyone. [EDIT - ~1.5 months later] I unpacked the rest of my things over the following couple of weeks, and while I still feel like the moving crew did an overall good job, there were unfortunately some damages I noticed after they left.
