My husband and I selected Focus Movers for an international move from Toronto to Brighton UK. The team seemed really great and we were very happy with the service we received from getting a quote, the packing process and the confirmation of shipment. Unfortunately my personal items were tampered with, along with a bag containing shoes was misplaced/lost/stolen.
Reckless drivers who don't care if they run you off the road! I was driving south from Port Perry to Whitby yesterday afternoon (February 21, 2023). It was snowing. 2 moving trucks were behind me and although I was already slightly over the speed limit of 80, the first one tailgated me so close I thought it was going to hit me. It passed and sped off, I estimate going at least 100.
Spoke to a representative the day before the Rogers outage and noted I would call back ASAP to confirm. LEFT 4 messages and no one every got back to me. Was recommended by another mover who was already booked so I've left feedback to that person as well. You lost my move

worst customer service. I have been waiting for an estimate for over a month. They don't answer my mails or phone calls. Definitely, they are not very reliable. If you are thinking in a international moving don't waste your time.

After my parents passing, I was moving personal items from London, Ontario to my home in Denmark. A lot of boxes and some pieces of furniture. I researched many international moving companies - local, large, Danish and International companies before concluding that my initial feeling to go with Focus Moving was correct. The rate was competitive and Natasha was a very comfortable person to deal with. There was less than first estimated and the rate was adjusted accordingly.

This was our second time in 2 years using Focus Moving and once again, we were not disappointed. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Kevin made this an enjoyable experience. Not only are they experienced movers who treat your stuff as if it was their own, but the customer service that they demonstrate is way above average.
