This storage facility operates through contract pressure, price escalation, and restrictive access practices designed to coerce customers into paying more over time. Their model is not built on transparency, respect, or fair dealing. It is built on confinement, friction, and exploiting the fact that customers are already locked into a vulnerable position once their property is inside the unit. Fees change. Terms shift. Access becomes leverage. Communication is minimal unless payment is involved.
We are very concerned to hear about your experience over at our location on 1700 Alliance Rd. We take such matters very seriously and will be conducting a thorough investigation. Please provide us with more details at [email removed] so we can address this issue promptly.
This is actually menacing the fact my payment has gone up 4 times now in a year! Now for a storage unit that isn't even 10×10×10 it's actually 10x8x10 originally 215.00 + tax is now 315.00 how is this even possible! I will be there to move my things shortly!

Do not recommend. They make no effort to communicate with you, and their customer service line can't actually do any payment administration it all has to be done at your local office when the manager is in the office. Worst experience ever.

I have been renting my locker for six years now, paying for insurance on the unit, they did not offer me an option on this, and I do not know if the insurance is mandatory or optional, nothing was ever explained to me

Call center is giving out the wrong information at customer's, my game plan for the unit will need to change for sure. Staff at front desk is friendly.
