The rating breakdown
1 of the 28 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Hometown Hauls Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 28 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Pickering
1.3 percentage points higher than the middle of the 7 listings in Pickering we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
We had a great experience with this moving team, especially on such short notice. They really came through for us when we needed it most. They handled everything professionally from start to finish - even dismantling larger furniture and carefully take apart a glued bookcase without any issues. Getting everything down the tight staircase - and then a significant number of stairs from the house to the truck - was no easy job, but they handled it smoothly and without any damage.
Thank god I found these guy. Excellent guys they show up on time, they dissembled and assembled my furniture also wrapped properly everything so it won’t damage, neat and clean guys I really appreciated your help and I highly recommend them to everyone thanks once again.
Helped me move to downtown! They were fast and they offered a very reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone!
Raj was amazing to deal with! He came in to our place for an estimate and was great to talk to and assured us he’d treat our belongings like his own and that’s exactly what they did! Back in May 2026 we were moving myself and my parents from our multi-generational home in Markham to our brand new 2 semi-detached houses in Whitby. Raj and his team coordinated throughout with us to place our belongings accordingly (mine at the front of the truck and parents’ belongings in the back of the truck).
