In their own words
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I booked Top Ranked Movers for an easy storage>apartment move and I was given their rates and a scheduled time window from Will over the phone 4 or 5 days before my upcoming move. After 2 calls from this company to push the time back (which was annoying, but fine), they ended up NEVER calling me back to confirm they couldn't make it that day, nor did they EVER return my several voicemails for them over the next several days and weeks after they just left me hanging and…
I booked with this company weeks ago and was scheduled for an 8am move. The morning of my move no one showed up. I called the company and was informed that the movers assigned to my move did not show up. There was no notification of a delay prior to me calling. I was told they would find someone to do my mover later in the day and never received any follow-up. Their professionalism and customer service needs serious work!
Deplorable customer service. I will never recommend Franklin Affordable Movers to any more of my clients. The owner (Will) yelled at me, was rude, combative, argumentative and totally non-caring that his 2 man crew (yes, that's all they send unless you ask for more) showed up late to move my seller. They brought the wrong sized truck and wanted to call it a day and take the 2nd load back to the office and return the next day. All of my client's belongings were in the truck! Unbelievable...
