Bold-faced liars. I had a great and professional phone call with Kwan, who arranged a "guaranteed" 3-person job to be done the next day. There were some issues with saying he'd be early then being late, but that wasn't a problem. When he showed up as a 2-person outfit, I said "you have 3 people, right?" He looked me in the eye and said "No it's only 2 people." I said "But the deal was for 3 people, it's a complex job and requires a table to be held while a base is moved because it's broken once before when set…
I apologize for the misunderstanding. Wish things would have worked positively different. Thanks for your time.

THESE ARE YOUR MOVERS! Professional, great communication, competitive pricing, and so incredibly helpful. I asked Franklin Reliable Movers to help me move some heavy appliances into my home as part of a home baking business. They were so easy to schedule with, very responsive, and flexible when I needed to change the time due to a change in delivery schedule. They arrived on time and took great care of us, the appliances, and our home. They even helped me with putting wheels on my huge mixer.
Kwan and his team are the best! Arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully, provided the promised man power and needed accessories, and dropped off the furniture in our new home with care and no damage to any piece nor house walls. 5 stars and highly recommended!
