The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I cannot more highly recommend Franklin’s Moving Services. The team was careful, and efficient upon pickup and drop off, and the owner (Franklin) was communicative and friendly, ensuring I was updated and had a sense of the timeline as my stuff moved cross country. Franklin came recommended from close friends who have used him for many successful moves.
Katie, We are so happy to hear that your move went well and we delivered from start to finish! We appreciate your recommendation and are here if you and your friends and family need Franklin's Moving Services in the future! Thank you for your business and your review! Franklin's Moving Services
Franklin is amazing to work with. He is professional and prompt. We have had him do long haul moves of vintage pieces several times in the past year. He is careful to wrap and pack everything very professionally. It arrives and is placed in our home on schedule and for a very fair price. So grateful we are able to work with Franklin and plan to do so again and again.
Thank you, Lisa! We truly appreciate your trust in us for your vintage moves. Franklin takes great pride in ensuring everything arrives safely and on schedule. Looking forward to working with you again!
Franklins Moving Services moved me a few weeks ago! They did an excellent job taking care to wrap items to protect them! They were polite and very accomodating asking me where I would like things placed! There was a small problem with a piece of furniture and Franklin himself immediately came and addressed it! They were very careful about the walls as it was a new townhouse! They were hard workers as they had to carry some items up two flights of stairs! A great moving experience!
Thank you for the kind review, Debby! We’re glad we could take such good care of your belongings during your move. Protecting our customers' items is always a top priority. If you need us again in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out!
My name is Ivis. Our family had an excellent experience with Franklin’s Moving Services. They handled our move, storage, recycling, and all the specialized labor we needed, giving us complete peace of mind. This company is truly trustworthy and can tackle any situation. We moved from Dominion Valley in Haymarket, VA to Culpeper, VA. Even though it wasn’t a long drive, it took two huge trucks and one medium truck to move all our belongings.
Thank you, Ivis, for your wonderful review and for trusting Franklin’s Moving Services with your move from Dominion Valley to Culpeper. We are thrilled our team’s energy, careful handling of your gym equipment and 87" TV, and full-day efforts gave your family peace of mind.
