Really really disappointed. Just a jumbled list of reasons why down below but bottom line - just sloppy job and feel taken advantage of . I’m missing a full length mirror . I’ve looked everywhere and even back at the old place . It didn’t make the move but it was hauled out. I know these guys were in a hurry but along with the mirror disappearing (probably broke or something ) there were multiple things still with Saran Wrap and blankets on them ? Why?
I did not use them as a moving company, but I had a very unpleasant experience with them that was completely unprofessional. I was moving into my apartment building and had the loading dock until 12 noon. They were in a big hurry but I told them we had one more mattress to move in, and it wouldn't fit past their truck the way we were moving it. It was 11:50 am. We were back with the mattress well before 12 and they had pulled their truck into the loading dock and we couldn't get the mattress by.
Frankly, I'm shocked by all the positive reviews. I was not pleased with Mic's and would never consider hiring them again. My issues: 1. From the moment they arrived, they asked for things - tape, plastic wrap, scissors, water bottles . . . They said they would bring all packing materials so why are you asking me for them? 2. One of the movers was reeked of pot and was high. So high that he couldn't do anything. 3. They had bad attitudes. When I couldn't hear/understand what they were asking, they got mad at me.
I am not a direct customer but was affected by a move they were doing. They had the dock reserved at my complex from 9-12 and I had it reserved from 12-5. I showed up at 12:30 and they were still moving. I could not get into the loading dock or use the freight elevator that I had reserved (and paid to reserve). They kept saying one more load. Also, in my opinion, they defiantly could have been moving faster. Especially knowing my moving truck was waiting to pull in.
I saw nothing but good reviews for this company, but I was very disappointed with their services. First and foremost, when I scheduled the move, I confirmed that all movers would wear masks. Welp... wouldn't you know that one of them showed up with no mask! They also forgot the plastic wrap for furniture, so we wasted about 20 minutes waiting around for that. They also scratched my fairly expensive coffee table during the move.

He answered questions, gave me a fair rate in a transparent way, and was super responsive. My moving team (Mike, Omari, Jose, Ervin) were a class act. They were so careful with my stuff. They showed up on time. They had positive energy. They adapted quickly and were flexible.
