I will never use this company again! I have used them before, and were fine. but, this time they over charged me, and I also found one man very rude, he told a a lady that lives here to F-Off. The price I paid was way too much, as they were NOT careful with my stuff, they didn't seem to care about customer relations. I got one hour refunded and should have at least got 2, as they came too early. NEVER get these men, arrogant, not caring about FRAGILE marked boxes, one leaked from being turned over.
My experience with Kingston Moving was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The level of professionalism was far below what I expected. The team arrived later than scheduled, communication was poor, and the overall service felt rushed and careless. Several items were handled roughly, and it seemed like they were more focused on finishing quickly than doing the job properly. I would not recommend Kingston Moving to anyone looking for a reliable or stress-free moving experience.
Not sure if I would use a company that has drivers who make dangerous lane changes, tailgate and throw coffee cups out the window. Followed one of their going in Princess Street. Wish I had dash cam. Considering the condition truck it would be a good idea not to attract attention to it. This was Saturday March 6 around 11:00am between John Counter and Bath rd.
We recently hired this company for our office move, and they did a bad job from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, but not organized. They handled all our office furniture, equipment, and files with great care, ensuring everything was safely packed and moved with some damage. Recently they charges high price. I am unhappy with the service.
Business must be very good I tried to get a estimate for a long distance move Kingston to Victoria BC Tried calling NOTHING Went on there web site and filled in a form for info NOTHING This would have been a big $Buck move and they could not be bothered to call me Must be nice to turn down a big move NOT IMPRESSED
My friend invited me to visit Canada and I accepted his invitation.I was with him for a long time. He is in different cities for his business. Each time he moved his equipment from one city to another with the help of the organisation. I really disliked the service of this company.
Disappointed with our experience. We said face masks were to be worn in the house and one staff member was not pleased with this and came into the house more than once without a mask on. Not acceptable. Seemed put out when asked to have one on. Would not recommend during COVID.
Neighbor I my apartment building used their service. Elevator not to be locked out till 8:30am. They were here at 8 and took over the elevator then. I am a senior with walking and balance issues and use a walker. Took my dog out for potty …

Moved 5 days ago. My movers were Charles, Adam and Mervan. They were prompt, efficient, and very careful. Impeccable manners at both buildings. Courteous and fun. I can't say enough good things! Hire Frank's!! You'll be glad you did.

Charles and Ron were both courteous and professional in their delivery of our rug. Great communication as well. Gave us a call to let us know how soon they’d be at the house while on their way. Highly recommend.

And the details he gave me were fantastic and the time that will have to be committed for the move and the price.And these guys are professional, they know what they're doing, and they care for your furnishings and belongings like they were their own
