I had a very good initial experience with Trevor for the quote, and since we used AMJ for two corporate moves, I thought we were in good hands for our personal move. We could not move into our new home yet and had to have AMJ’s crew move our belongings into a storage container. They loaded our items without any issues, but we could not be present at the unpacking into the container.

Communicate with hem twice with 2 different media’s so I can get my boxes picked up. The 2 times I have been transferred to someone who didn’t make any follow up. I now have to get rid of it by myself. It’s unfortunate cause the move went well but this kind of situation leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely awful!! They moved us a few years ago, and I still am angry about the damage to my hardwood floors they made in my home and the mirrors etc that they dropped and broke! They then had the nerve to say we should have bought extra insurance for them to make good on these items!

Worst moving company we had to use for our military move … lots of damages on our furnitures (tv completely destroyed, furnitures scratched, computer smashed etc …) and damages to both properties. Stay away if you care about your personal belongings … extra stress not necessary.

AMJ Campbell Kingston has just won our permanent praise. 13 years ago they moved us from a house to a condo, both in Kingston. It was seamless and went without a hitch, a huge move for us. This week, they moved some pieces of the furniture, incl 2 King size beds, out of the condo to our adult children in Toronto. Again, seamless, efficient, pleasant. Much care was taken that everything was well wrapped. At the Toronto end, they even moved the bed one of the Kings was replacing, downstairs to the basement.

My move with AMJ Campbell was outstanding. The packers and movers worked quickly, efficiently and took care that my belongings were totally undamaged. They were also friendly, untiring and good natured as I requested a couple of changes of two large pieces of furniture after they had already been placed in my new home. The sales representative , David, was knowledgeable and most accommodating. He always responded to me quickly when I called him with questions. Thanks for a great job.
