I booked this company to move my parents apartment and then about a month later to move my family from our apartment to our new home. The first move was quite slow with the movers complaining to get a bigger tip. The second move was a complete nightmare - I booked the movers for two trips and the movers refused to do two trips. They left a bunch of stuff so any money I saved on them - I spent on renting a truck and my wife and I wasted a day moving our stuff by ourselves.
I am sorry you had such a horrible experience, I wish you had told me. Maybe I could have done something to help rather do the trendy thing and take pleasure attempting to ruin our lives with these very destructuve cowardly response.
Tldr; mostly competent movers, horrible communication and organization, 2.5 hours late, would never use again or recommend, caused lots of unnecessary stress for our moving day. We were excited and happy when we picked Kingston PRO Movers on a recommendation of a friend. Troy was quick to answer our request and was available for the date needed, 4 persons on short notice, we were pleased.
Well they block the only way for handicapped people to get in and out of building they live in and when asked to move truck they wouldn't,, handicap bus has to squeeze around and handicapped person also has to do more walking to get to …

Kingston Pro Movers, Troy and his teams are incredibly professional, caring, honest and responsive to every moving challenge. I incurred no damages, they are hard workers, and I strongly recommend you hire them if you want a successful and affordable move.
I hired Kingston Pro Movers for my recent move. I am very impressed with the owner, Troy, and his high level of integrity. The actual moving process had a temporary operational challenge: the crew on my job took breaks more frequently than expected, which slowed the work down. I understand this was due to Troy needing to use a fill-in team because of unavoidable staff leaves, so the crew's pace wasn't his typical standard. However, the communication with Troy was outstanding from start to finish.

Just a simple message regarding the move your employees carried through last Friday!! Shawn and the other two movers were very attentive. They demonstrated a professional attitude for the complete move. They took great care of my furniture and placed it exactly where I requested it and even moved one item to another room at my request. I am very impressed with the time and care they used to move the grandfather clock and all items.
