In their own words
1/5 Stars — Unprofessional, careless, and zero accountability. A friend recently hired Fred’s, and the way her belongings were treated was completely unacceptable. Her expensive couch was dragged across the ground without any protective wrapping, leaving it damaged and soiled. To make matters worse, the crew handled the bare upholstery without gloves, leaving sweat stains all over it. They also banged up her door frame and left the front door wide open when they left.
They were terrible , not only lied about how many were coming, and truck….. which wasn’t a Fred’s truck, but too small! Did not wrap our couch, mattress, or Bobs leather chair…. Which has a hole in it!!! They broke the knob on my 125 year old dresser.!! They also DESTROYED my heart shape picture frame!!!!!! Would never recommend!!! Also, they’re not affiliated with the BBB, now I know why!!!!! Terrible!!!! Since I can’t get a response, we’re asking the apartment complex to help us recover our losses.
Hi Sherry Thank you for your review and feedback. … More
I wish I had the experience with this company that others did. It was a complicated move but Fred & daughter were very nice and assured me they could accomplish what I needed. until moving day when things were so chaotic and disorganized. …
Too expensive. I expected a better for my Mom's very light move to assisted living. Don't rely on a referral from the facility...do your homework and shop around.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We strive to provide exceptional service, care, and professionalism—especially for moves to assisted living—but we understand that cost is an important factor.

In their own words
Crew arrived early which was nice! They were efficient, professional, careful, and kind! They had me completely moved in 3 hours! Best moving experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend Fred and his crew(s). Thank you!
Great team; very courteous and careful with my items. The team communicated well as to exactly where each item was placed. They were very efficient and I will recommend them highly! Thank you so much!
What an amazing moving company!!! The movers were the most friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful group of people. They were so accommodating and did a terrific job. The owner even came out and he is wonderful as well. I highly recommend Fred’s Senior Moving. I would give them 10 stars if I could. To top it off they will pack and unpack your stuff for you! You could not ask for a better group of people.
Couldn’t have asked for a better moving company. They took care of everything. Fred’s team showed up with 10 people and was able to pack, move, and unpack our family in one day. They were easy to communicate with and extremely respectful. There were no surprises at the end because of their flat rate pricing.
