In their own words
Today, Freeburg Pianos moved a piano for me. Great experience overall, from Gary's prompt responses and scheduling, to Ryan and Ian's quick, yet careful and professional moving service. Very pleased. Thank you, guys.
I had a fantastic experience with Freeburg Pianos Hendersonville, NC from start to finish. From my very first phone call, Levi Freeburg was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right piano. When I visited the showroom, I never felt rushed or pressured. They gave me plenty of time to play and compare different pianos, answering all of my questions thoughtfully and honestly.
Freeburg Pianos is a family business that treats their customers with respect. I recently purchased a Beautiful Yamaha C7, Semi-Concert Grand piano from them. Sales, delivery, service... all come with nothing but the "highest integrity." They have a large showroom with fine quality pianos at fair, reasonable prices. Not only did I buy a superb instrument at a great price... I feel that I became part of a wonderful family. One that will take care of my every need, throughout my ownership of this fine piano.
What a delightful experience it was coming into Freeburg Pianos for the first time. I was looking for a piano without the technical issues that my older one had that would meet my practice and recording needs better. As I entered the "sea of pianos" that is their showroom, Levi warmly greeted me and expertly showed me around. Over several visits, he helped me to narrow my search to a wonderful Mason & Hamlin upright (Artist Series) that I could not be happier with.
