We are renting three units. One of them was broken into. The person that works at that location is the one who discovered it. She did a great job. But that is where my kind words end. Her regional manager, Saundra, was rude for no reason. I called asking for information. After she ignored several messages I left. She made it adversarial. You boast about you security cameras but give me a run around about seeing the footage. And Saundra's attitude was ridiculous. I cannot wait to find another company to rent from.

Your household goods are not protected under any legal guidelines here. Anyone is allowed to access your storage, not protected....
We are sorry you had a bad experience. We have security cameras, manager onsite, and a coded gate system. Each customer has their own unique gate code. We have a lot more security then most storage facilities in the area. Sorry you didn’t realize this.

Both Portia and the other lady were so helpful in the moving process in helping me find a unit. They stayed past closing hours to help me get settled in. My storage unit is very clean! Happy to have a storage unit there. Update: I no longer live in Columbus, but the communication between Brandy and I has been great today. She was very personable!
