I utilized Fresh Start for fumigation and moving services and cannot recommend Luis and his team more. During a stressful time, Luis was communicative, respectful of my time, and professional throughout the entirety of the process. He was flexible on timeframes, arrived the morning of my move to ensure everything was taken care of, and is a true good business owner. His team is incredible - they arrived on time, took apart furniture as needed to move with no stress, were so polite, communicative, and efficient.
Would give them 10 stars if I could. Unfortunately I have had to move out of an NYC apt and fumigate my belongings 2 yrs in a row - roaches one yr, bedbugs the next. Fresh Start moved me both times and could not have made the process any easier, which I so appreciated at moments of my life that felt highly anxious and upsetting. From Lynn in the office who is so calm and friendly, to Luis and his team who are professional and efficient on moving day, the staff is delightful.
My second really amazing experience with FreshStart. We are moving out of state and needed our stuff carefully packed for the big move. We trusted FreshStart again and they delivered. They packed everything with utmost care, labeled it properly, and prepared it for the move. Thanks to them, my big move went smoothly. Really happy with this company and recommend them without any qualification!
I got connected to Fresh Start for prep, packing, moving and fumigation in Brooklyn. Luis and his team are absolutely phenomenal in every single way. They turned a horrible and stressful time in my life into something completely manageable. They packed and moved items out of an old apartment, fumigated the items AND my car, stored my items for several days and moved them into a brand new apartment.
