Called for an estimate last week for 5:30pm. The guy said he had us booked for that time before hanging up the phone. The following week comes and it’s 5:42pm, the day of our appointment to get an estimate, and no show or no call. I call them to see if they were coming, and the man says “oh yea, we had an emergency, I was just about to call you”. Needless to say, our appointment was forgotten.
Hey Dan, I believe you have us mistaken for another company, nevertheless we would love to get you set up with the best company in the area and give you a free quote. Please call us and we will take care of you.

Ibrahim and Walter from Friends and Family were our saving grace during our move this past weekend!!! This was me and my roommates first move without family helping, and we were so impressed by how easy, seamless, and affordable they made it! A friend of mine gave me Ibrahim’s number from a past move, and we planned everything out simply over text (he was very responsive btw!). They even worked with us to come way earlier in the morning than any other place would.
Fantastic movers. They are for friendly, efficient, and they were careful loading the truck. I would absolutely hire them again and you recommend them to everyone.
We hired Friends & Family Movers for a commercial job this week. Ibrahim pulled the team together with less than 24 hours notice. The team lead, Brayden was absolutely all over every detail! We booked and managed the job from NYS which can be challenging when you’re not physically onsite. They gave us peace of mind right off the bat—they were prompt, great communicators, took last minute curve balls without missing a beat and the team overall was very professional! We HIGHLY recommend this moving team!
I had Friends and Family Movers come today to move some furniture, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. They were friendly, punctual, reliable, and had excellent communication throughout the entire process whether in person, by text, or over the phone. I would definitely recommend them!
