If you want a storage unit with good service and reliability, just forget about this place. There are never any staff there. Good luck Trying to reach the property manager as you have to leave a voicemail and your call won't be returned for 72 hours. The gate failed to open for an entire weekend because I was told "The Wifi was done and broke the system." Price increases every year by $50-60, eventually ended up paying $300/month.
In 4 months the price went up $50! They did not even wait a year to gouge us with the increase. I feel it’s predatory to do that after you move all your stuff in, now the choice is to eat the increase or move our stuff. Poor business practice in my opinion. Do not recommend!

If I could put NO STARS, I would! We picked up SOME OF our items and everything is COVERED, covered in black mold and the beautiful custom covered couches we had stored there reek of mildew! When I called I was told because we didn't have insurance on the items there is nothing they will do. This supposedly a climate controlled unit. It obviously isn't. So I was paying $200/month to now throw away all of my items! Tomorrow I am going to talk to the manager as I don't want to transport this stuff in my vehicle.
Rollup door does not go up easily so they did repair it. It goes up a little bit better but I still have to put a 7 foot 2 x 4 to hold the door up and I have trouble putting pushing their 2 x 4 in there to hold the door up so I can get my truck in Terrible maintenance. Should’ve never rented the storage shed with a door that does not work properly.
Falling short of meeting your expectations is not to the standards we strive to achieve. Thank you for providing this information so we can improve upon our services.
The worst storage unit! The gate never opens and people get locked in and out multiple times. This whole week I have gone and have not had access to the gate, unless they leave it open, unattended! Also, there is never anyone in the office. Save your money and time go to the one in Tinley Park 1mile away, never had any issues with them.
