TERRIBLE experience and HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT trust this company. They caused over $6000 in damage to my new house when they backed into it with their truck. Long story made short, I received minimal communication with Brittny, their unprofessional "Quality Control and Storage Manager". They denied any wrongdoing, told me they always use a spotter and said I needed video to prove it. So I did prove it with video from a neighbor's ring doorbell camera.

Worst experience! I used a different branch before and had such a good experience, I used them again for a recent move. How they have so many positive ratings is beyond me. There was damage done to both my old home and new. It's like they didn't even try to avoid the walls. Scuffs, scratches and gouges to multiple walls that had just been freshly painted. Broken stair railing, dented and scratched metal entry door which was protected with one of their special padded blankets especially to protect doors.

Packing crew did a poor job. But overflowed my toilet. Moving crew did a better job. But broke my slow cooker and put a dent in freshly painted wall.. But management just wants the money. Bunch of things that should have been packed were not. Things that should have been moved were not. When called to tell Paul not everything was here, Paul wanted more money. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.DO NOT HIRE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. My husband has on his phone the dent in the wall. Theses are pictures We have to clean up.

Broke frame and Never said anything!! -‐--‐-‐--‐-------‐‐--‐---‐--‐--‐--‐-----‐---‐--------‐‐----‐- I had a move from an apt to a home and when the movers took my bed down it was in perfect shape. After a few months we started noticing the bed squeaked and moved. So today I attempted to inspect the bed and realized the movers broke the frame locks and just put long screws in place. Now its worthless and I need yo purchase a new bed frame. And of course no one at the company is calling me back.
Movers arrived on time. They commented on how well everything was packed and wrapped, and that they never get items that well prepared for moving - going so far as to say it was better than they would even do. They had a straight line move …
