Horrible experience. We were quoted the wrong price and then when we went back later in the day we were told the chairs actually costed over twice the price we were quoted but they would give us a deal, which was still twice as much as we had planned on paying. We left without the chairs. I finally found the chairs on their website with a price of $200 less than the “deal” they were willing to give us.
New employee and our price is still cheaper than Ashley. Sorry you’re unhappy. If y’all had got them when yall came in the first time it would have been our loss. I was busy with two other customers, if you had given me a chance to look up the correct price we’d have all seen it.
Order recliners could never ger a definite date for delivery. Went in and canceled our order and they said they were going to send a check out to us. Been 2 weeks and just keep getting excuses. Bad service .
We apologize for the inconvenience. Our bookkeeper has not returned from vacation yet. As far as the delivery of the recliner goes, we do not manufacture the products, we order them from the manufacturers and go off of the ETAs they give … More

I recently visited this furniture shop while looking for a new bedside table and was impressed with the selection. The store is well organized and the furniture quality looks very good. The staff was friendly and helped me choose a design that matches my bedroom perfectly. Prices were reasonable and the checkout process was quick. Delivery was on time and everything arrived safely.
We were looking to buy a new sofa and looked at several places. We decided to buy from here. He had more items in stock than any other place we looked and was very up front and honest with us. He let us know that if we were planning to order the wait time is much longer than “pre- pandemic” . While other stores told us it could be in within 6 weeks and then when I questioned how likely that was they then told me not often it’s been taking up to a year but they were informed to tell their customers that.

I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have 5 stars from everyone?!? I just left from buying a bedroom set. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient with my needs and wants. Very thorough in going through the pros and cons of the products that I was interested in. The staff there were all very friendly and accommodating. Chris worked with me very patiently to find something that made me happy within my budget. I honestly couldn’t be happier.
I sincerely appreciate the great review. I’ll be throwing in something for you and the Mrs. as a wedding gift. Rock on! And congratulations again.
Wow! What a great experience at Furniture Warehouse Direct!! Chris took so much time to listen and educate with my mom about mattresses. We bought a king size mattress for my parents and a full size for myself. If you need ANY household furniture please come by and see Chris. Not only will you walk away happy about your choice, but you will also walk away amazed about the way you were treated.
