This is the most disgusting, unsafe, dirty place I have ever seen. Every month they charge me more and more and I am paying $100 more than I originally paid last year when I started renting here. All my stuff is covered in mold. There is glass, needles, tampons, cigarettes all over the floor when you come in. No one cleans this place. It smells horrific and all my items in my storage unit are ruined. I have tried to cancel multiple times and I have never gotten through to someone.

11/30/23 Rainy day today. Streets flooding. I was stuck in a parking lot for over 2 hours, **called asking to use their public restroom since it was next door. Even explained I was stuck. The chic that answered was dishonest and said there's no restroom in the building. I've been in the building before with someone else inquiring about renting a unit, I used the restroom with no issues. A better response from her would've been: our restrooms are for potential or paying customers only.

I had rented a unit back I. may to place my belongings in storage after the company O worked for sold our facility. I found it hard to catch a good time see the place in person but had no choice. Unfortunately the day of the rental I had a medical emergency and did not store any item in the unit . I informed them of my disposition but they were very slow to respond . I prefer to be able to call a business directly . This place is ran by an out of state operators . The lay out was also a challenge .

August 28, 2024: Updated due to response from Company. Please just let me know who the legal owners are - not CopperSafe Storage Management company, the legal owners of this facility. Everything you just stated is not my experience and I do have a police report and sworn officer statements to what I experienced and the state of the property from when this happened.

Reserved a unit called to verify was told someone was there til 5 pm today. We got there noone there called the number again was given a code and a unit number. Upon entering immediately hit with the smell of mold couldn't find the elevator. Got to floor 4. The mold smell was so bad up there. Got to the unit it was locked you couldn't look at it. Called the number again was told to come back tomorrow. We won't ever come back based on the smell alone I'd never store anything there

New management, well new onsite attendant, money hungry, Rude, and Nasty. And they go up on your rent frequently .Also you can't close your unit door you pay for while in your storage. She wants you to keep your door open, to Watch you in your own unit you pay a million dollars in rent for. Invading your privacy. Don't get a storage from here. Find a respectful decent place to store your things.

Since changing ownership the restrooms were locked up, water fountains removed, and the staffed front desk eliminated. There is not even trash cans, which means there is trash everywhere now. These things are standard at most comparable …

Renting at this location is fairly easy ,Michael is very friendly and helpful. Michael helped me set up my storage unit, went through everything in great detail and answered all my questions. The location of this place is also very convenient. It’s in the middle of the island which is very easy to get from one side to another.
