🚨 Avoid Jenkins Management Group (89th Storage) – Terrible Service & No Accountability In early April, a friend needed a storage unit in Galveston, and I mistakenly recommended 89th Storage, managed by Jenkins Third Party Management Group. What followed was a nightmare of poor communication, broken promises, and outright rudeness. The Issues: 1. No Access After Payment: 1. My friend rented a unit online mid-week and received a confirmation email stating they’d contact her "shortly." No one did.

Swing and a miss! I wouldn’t have stayed longer merely because I no longer needed the unit. But, paying for the entire month of September while only occupying the unit for 6 days is a bit much to swallow. The end of my stay has definitely left a bad impression of the facility. If you rent here, do the smart thing, and move out the very last day of the month. Oh…and ignore the “return to office” times on the door. Those aren’t accurate either.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. My unit was broken into last month and all the music equipment was stolen. They replaced the lock before CSI could take fingerprints and the detective just informed me that an employee told her that I was involved! They are saying I stole my own stuff! Don't store anything of value here!

It sucked.Hard to get in and out of.I recommend Watson & Taylor Storage 828 60th Street.Easy to get out of with a long U-haul,truck & trailer etc.The on site staff are very professional. excellent customer service.

We’ve had a great experience with Stewart and 89th Storage! The facility is very clean, secure, and well-maintained. Craig has been super nice and helpful! I love the fact that each storage comes with a motion detector so we will know our stuff is safe! We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility in Galveston!
