Honestly the worst moving experience I’ve ever had.. If I could rate one star i would. They were very unprofessional, and left behind a lot of stuff. Took their time loading things, but still managed to break both of my bed frames. My couch couldn’t fit through the door of my apartment, and rather than humoring me as I tried to find a way they got very passive aggressive, and said they’d have to saw it in half to fit it in. Then proceeded to tell my boyfriend we were stupid, and speak in Spanish calling us names.
I didn't have a good experience with this company. It was 3 of them. They seemed to be somewhat confused about how to remove some items from the home. Then they broke a light fixture . No one apologized or offered to replace it. I had to …
Please I repeat please do not do business with these guys. I have given them business for three years and never had an issue until today. I made my appointment for 1pm a month in advance. 1pm came and still no movers so I called and asked were they in route, he told me they were eating lunch and this was at approximately 12:58. He was vey unprofessional and seemed to be oblivious to the fact that my appointment time was at 1:pm.. smh.. He acted as if nothing was wrong. Never 👎🏾 doing business again with them.
I called early in the morning for same day service. They said it would be late evening at 5. He sent a text at 4:30pm saying he would be to me between 6 and 6:30. At 6:30 I sent a text and asked if he was near. He said I told him tomorrow. I called him and he said he was already at home. It was too late to get movers for the next day.

Thursday February 20,2025 From day one when I spoke to Rafel on the phone they are very professional movers and prompt with time. and they were very quick and fast I was very pleased with their service and will use them again. Satisfied Customer.
I had a great experience with Moreno Movers. This is a reliable business you can trust. I hired them to unload a trailer and move furniture up 3 floors with odd angles and tight spaces. Despite the weight of the furniture and the amount of items that needed to be moved, Moreno's worked diligently and moved everything within 2 hours. By the end of it, there was no damage to any of our belongings or the building itself. Their prices are fair and they are very attentive. Would highly recommend this service!
