everytime you stop by no one is every in office, and i you want to rent a uhaul truck. this location does not even clean the uhaul trucks down. It is like climbing into a dumpster when you rent a truck from this place and the employees are rude.
My brother died at the end of April. He had an overdue notice for April's storage fee which I received on May 2 by text from his roommate in CA. I promptly called the office and paid for both April & May as needed, because it was going to take a bit of work to get the unit emptied as I live 3,000 miles away. I requested that the office call me back with details of what they needed in order to release the unit's contents to Texas relatives (who are not next of kin). I never received a call back.

I completed the online information and paid for the unit but never received an email with unit information or access code. When I logged into my account it showed my unit number but not gate access code. I rented a U-Haul trailer and only have a few days to unload before returning it but unable to access storage unit that has already been purchased. Earlier in the week I talked with a representative and she stated everything would be handled online which clearly was not.
We regret to learn about the access code issue and missing promotion. Please contact us at ([phone removed] for immediate assistance.
The worst storage facility I've ever dealt with. They auctioned off my belongings the day before they were suppose to so I lost all my belongings including my father's ashes. I'm suing the shot out of this facility. Mark my words and I have evidence and proof they sold it the day before. You guys are going down. You messed with the wrong woman.

Because I don't own a car and ride in on my bike, I'm told I am limited to office hours to exit the facility since this facility does not have an inside keypad or one way door to exit while the office is closed. I do not recommend this place if you do not own a car.

Watson & Taylor abides by the Texas Self Storage Association guidelines and maintains these standards are all our facilities. We always try to work with our customers and give them time to address any issues. All vehicles stored at our facilities must comply with these guidelines.

Very nice storage facility.Nice friendly personal.They have all of your accessories as well.Locks,etc.Sam is very knowledgeable of the Facilities Policies in procedures and day-to-day operations and executes, and explains them with such simplicity So that everyone knows what they are supposed to do and how to conduct themselves on the property. I would highly recommend this Storage facility to anyone needing to store away some things. For whatever reason they may have. This place is awesome.
