Make sure you video EVERYTHING before they come, during, and after as you will be lying if anything gets damaged. Make sure you have extra eyes or someone in every room every minute they are touching your stuff or if damaged, you will be blamed or your words twisted that they did nothing wrong. If stuff in bathroom, make sure they don’t have to go potty and close the door so you cannot watch everything they are doing or you will be blamed if something gets broken.

Too Big for his britches - as the saying goes. Called for a quote & he was ONLY CONCERNED with move date. DIDN'T want to hear ANYTHING else. SO " no way, Jose " * UPDATE .... AFTER 1yr. see his reply. Roflmao. * UPDATE .... He REMOVED his reply. Roflmao. 🤣

We used them once the move was great. The workers were helpful, when I initially set up the move I had told him that I may need him in the near future but that I would call him and set up a final day and time. I tried to call him twice …

Do not trust Gary's TLC moving. Thet showed to move my Wife and I and saw all the boxes that were packed. And told my wife the apartment was dirty and left. I tried calling him back all I was his voice mail.
Yes, my guys drove from Waco to Temple and we’re unable to perform the move due to unsanitary conditions which would have contaminated our equipment and trucks in 28 years we have had a few similar situations, it is unfortunate, but we cannot risk contamination to our equipment and trucks

They were recommended to me by family and friends. I had never utilized a moving company because I thought it was too expensive. Gary and his team were absolutely fantastic!!! They were quick yet thorough, and extremely professional!!! When it came time to pay the bill, it was not that expensive, and I felt the value of their service far outweighed the cost. If you want a moving company that treats your belongings like their own, this is the company for you. They arrived on time, did a walk through & immediately got to work. Everyone knew their role, which made for a quick & pleasant experience. They took time to wrap my mirrors (large & small) & handled my garage “junk” with care.
