I cannot recommend General DeGaulle Storage. They allowed an employee to access my unit and systematically steal my things. I discovered the breach because the thief placed his own lock on my unit for ongoing access. I lost several irreplaceable items. Even though this employee robbed many people, the company refused any compensation for my losses and afterwards began charging me for insurance! The hours for access have recently been reduced because the main door is broken and they refuse to repair it.

Advertised as climate control. Temperature seems about 90 Degrees at night… much hotter during the daylight hours. The shining light are the front office employees. They are very nice and do a great job of keeping the place clean.
Whomever is taking over this property is doing a AWESOME JOB .Can't wait to see what it will look like when tge upgrade is completed

I have been a resident in this facility for over twenty years. Our experience has been mixed. The original owners had residence management and access for our RV was not as restrictive. I could call ahead for additional assistance to park. Now that the hours have been restricted due to gate issues my stay has not been as convenient.

This is a great Storage Unit, but when there's a power outage, or a gate that's not working, you can't get in, and your vehicle is stuck inside. There should still be a way to get in manually in case of an emergency. Also, have an updated emergency code at all times through verification with the 24 hour AI assistant.

Once inside the storage area it's a little confusing but I figured it out. Whish I had an end unit. But place is secure nice and clean!
