Let me start by saying the staff is wonderful very helpful and give good customer service however the storage unit that I'm in my items have mold I filed a claim it was denied same unit today a month later has water in it all my merchandise …
Today I had a horrible experience at the Behrman location. The young lady with the dreads eating her snacks playing on the computer was extremely disrespectful! I have recently moved to New Orleans from Atlanta and inquired about a late fee …
I currently rent a storage from this location. Someone put a red lock on my storage, so I wasn’t able to gain access for the entire weekend. I when in to the office to address the issue and was told that the lock would be removed first thing the next morning; however, when I returned the next evening, the lock had not been removed. I had to wait for Shelia to return from picking up her eyeglasses. When Shelia finally returned, I asked her why was the lock placed on the storage.
I have had my unit for over 5 years..I recently gotten a message stating about new owners and someone will get get with me..We’ll after a week passed and no one contacted me nor was anyone answering the phone when I call..I left work early only to find the manager Cheryl Bannister sitting at the desk playing on her personal phone while the office is ringing and she’s refusing to answer..This lady had a very nasty attitude to be a manager..I will no longer keep my unit because not only does the manager had an nasty…
At first I loved this storage but after a year they changed. This facility has a pest control problem. I had a 2nd floor indoor ac unit but you could see roaches running from unit to unit from hall to hall. I believe they should have more upgraded pest control measures taken. Also, the security became flawed. The back gate was constantly being left open somehow. Just better supervision of the grounds is needed. The rates were raised but the care of the facility declined. Disappointed.
I rent a storage unit at this location. The elevators have been out for a week so customers with disabilities aren’t able to access units on the second or third floors. I left a message for the area supervisor Pixie but haven’t heard anything yet. This isn’t in compliance with the ADA.
It’s very hard trying to park and get in and out the storage.. and i tried to use the restroom twice and each time the doors were locked.. never getting my service again at this location..

Ms. Cheryl was a very good help. This is my first time inquiring about a storage unit and I was kind of nervous, but Ms. Cheryl was so nice, patient and gave me thorough information. Thank you so much Ms. Cheryl!! Looking forward to reserving my unit soon!
The customer service was superb. I would like to thank Ms. Cheryl and Ms.Sheila for the amazing greeting and awesome advertising and deals! I will definitely be referring this place for its hispitality alone! I feel like my items are safe!
