Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 5 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 5 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 4 four and five star reviews we have read for Gentle Pack. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
We had Gentle Pack move our in-laws to assisted living. They were fabulous! Marla is efficient, kind, helpful and very good at what she does! Showed up on time for the estimate, packing and moving. She got the in-laws moved into their 2-bedroom apartment, unpacked and pictures on the walls…all in the same day! They felt right at home and well taken care of! If I could give her 10 stars I would!
Thank you so much for your review!! I appreciate it a lot! I’m glad that your parents feel at home in their new apartment. It was a pleasure to help you!
I have used Gentle Pack several times. They are very capable, friendly, and thorough. I have many glass and porcelain items that never suffered any damage. I recommend this service!
Thank you Richard for your review. I appreciate it a lot!
These folks helped move my mom's belonging from her assisted living apartment to her former home and they were able to get the job done quickly and affordably. We were very happy to have all their help so quickly.
Thank you Moira for your review! I was very happy to help you with this move and make it easier.
Marla and her team were so great! Very professional and caring. Easiest move ever!
Thank you for your review! Our team were happy to assist you in your move! Thank you for your trust!
