Wouldn’t recommend these people to anybody. They left a bunch of stuff behind, scuffed our newly finished wood floors, and broke my office chair. They claimed I taped up the arm with their shitty movers tape that matched none of the rolls of tape I own. How about take some accountability? I had originally deleted my review as they came to fix the floors but now they’re refusing to pay me in full for the brand new office chair that THEY broke. Really can’t pay the full amount? Have to takeoff $15?

They delivered a washer to our house, upon bringing it downstairs they dropped it 3 times on our wood stairs and hitting the walls. They claimed the damage on the walls was already there. I informed them those marks up top are markings from paint when we removed our railings to make sure the washer fit downstairs. Our dryer was delivered by a different company and they had no problems. Same size. But they claimed the holes in the walls were there prior even though our house was about to be listed on the market.

I’m not sure who the driver of this truck was today, but witnessing this was honestly disturbing. The driver appeared to be texting while driving and ended up almost crashing into two separate vehicles not once, but twice. The driver whom he almost hit was constantly beeping, warning the truck driver that they were switching lanes too quickly and without using a turn signal, yet they continued driving carelessly.

We had an extremely positive experience With Glen Ellyn Storage from the first contact, throughout the move, and through the time we paid the bill and said goodbye. Their prices were very reasonable too. The Office manager who was our primary contact, was professional, friendly and very responsive as was the salesman who came out and did a walk through and estimated our move effort and cost. The team of 5 who moved us was courteous, efficient, hardworking and respectful of our homes on both ends of the move.

Vasquez relocation company was my moving crew through Mayflower. The crew was extremely diligent, communicative and careful with my things. They used floor protection and were considerate of the wood floor stairs. Antonio, Marcus and Maria were amazing! (I need to double check one name). I have moved 10 times in the past 25 years and they were by far the best crew. Jared was who I booked with…reasonable quote. Diane was my love coordinator…very communicative.
The crew that we had was exceptionally good. They came to our house in a timely manner, once they started to work they never stopped even for five minutes. They treated our furniture as it was their own. Everything was wrapped and protected before they put it in their truck. They took exceptional care in our home by putting runners down so their feet or their equipment never touched our floors. We couldn’t be more happy with the crew and the company for our move.

From the quoting to the drop-off at my new home, the process was seamless. Stephen is very competent and had several great suggestions. Judy in the office was fantastic and her several follow-ups were timely and reassuring. The driver and his crew were extremely careful with our furniture and TVs and the move went 3 hours less than expected with zero issues or damage. What more can be said about this whole move?
