If I could give zero stars I would. They broke my $3,000 table and lied about it, charged me over double my quote, stole my mirror, and are ignoring me now. They will take advantage of you with a smile on their face.
Hi Pegah, After reviewing our complete service records, damage reports, and communication logs, we can confirm that none of the claims in this review match any documented customer interaction with our company.
Updated Nov 2025- There was damage done during the move to a power cord to an air hockey table but the day of the move I was assured they would get it fixed. One of the guys even took the broken piece with him so he could get the matching piece for us. I didn’t hear back from them so I called the office a few weeks later and filed a claim and was told they’d get back to me. When no one did after a few more weeks, I called again and was told they’d leave a message and I’d get a return call. Again, nothing.

Moving sucks. No two ways about it. Save Your Back Moving (SYBM) makes is suck soooo much less!!! I deal with Josh the owner and he is a rock solid guy. He is always functioning at 150%, I don't know how he does it honestly. So I have used other companies in the past with meh quality and cost. Our experience with SYBM was smooth, fast, professional and it came at a crazy competitive price! What else could you want???? I have found my forever mover, I can only hope that you can join me.
