The crew was inexperienced and unable to handle the basic move of living room furniture; they did not know how to load and stack furniture to move to Public Storage; after 2 hours only 3 items were loaded. 2 more people arrived and it still took total of 7 hours (and $600 more than the estimate to complete the task). Furniture was marked up. I had to rent a small van to move items down to Florida that were left behind. Do not use this company. Shady payment process and multiple business names associated
If I could give zero stars I would very unprofessional. They have no communication between the team or customer. Had a customer mixed up with my time I’ve had for over a week and went to another customers house and didn’t call me to let me know and didn’t tell me until a hr later of me calling them for no one to answer. Couldn’t give me an estimated time of arrival until I confirmed I would be okay with whatever time they would give me. Highly don’t recommend this business at all.
Yes we had 2 customers with same name today, we figured this out within our 1hr arrival window and told you we would send a different team with an extra mover for free because we would get there past our arrival window, probaby 15-20 minutes after, and you started yelling at me saying if we didn't…
oh, my goodness, I just called this company to move a love seat sofa and a bedroom wing chari out my back door 150 feet literally to the trash bin and she said $250.00. What is this world coming to?
Just an update...their response is also a bunch of lies and still not putting the customer first. Don't use them because they're not licensed or insured. …
Hello Heather, As we discussed before, I told you we strongly recommend the customer stays for the entire loading process so the Movers can do a final walkthrough with them to make sure everything that was supposed to be moved is loaded.

Eugene and Roger and Justin were fantastic. On time, fast, efficient and very careful. I have hired 4 crews over 2 weeks and they were the best. A different company couldn't be bothered unloading everything. Gold Medal was able to squeeze us in an rescue our unload. Great communication and made sure everything was in the right place.
This place had great pricing and immediate availability! We paid $105/hr for 2 workers to unload a 26 foot uhaul and they were done so quickly and they were friendly. I highly recommend their services
I have used Gold Medal moving 3 times in the past three years. Two of those times, I was a single woman moving by myself. Every single member of the team has been nothing but kind and helpful! Daniel and his teammate were extremely helpful today! They put everything together and were super efficient. I found out about Gold Medal from my mom’s friend, and I will recommend them every single time!
I am very impressed with Gold Medal Moving! I booked a truck and 2 people for 4 hours. The two guys who moved me were on time and really hustled! They got everything done in 3 hours. Affordable, professional, and they treated all of my furniture and belongings with respect.
