They stole or lost important stuff. Also, they arrived very late and didn't communicate well. Recommended a truck based on furniture and amount of boxes and it was way too big.

These were the worst movers ever. Highly not recommended. During the move they seemed ok but as I open all my boxes after my move I curse them. Broken items as well as items moved from boxes already packed, making unpacking way more frustrating and sad than normal. My heirlooms had cans of paint inside their boxes. My ornaments had heavy books packed on top of them (and were broken). We just discovered today that our kitchen table top wasn't bolted down to the base after we had toddlers visit. The list goes on!!!!
Horrible, lazy service and very unprofessional! Do not waste your time or money. The owner or manager Chris let's his workers lie on customers and act very unprofessional. The worst service I've experienced in a long time and that's saying something! Debbie
Mold in the house. And excessively rude
This place is NOT located in Elmhurst. That is false information . The 1ST LIE. If you want to see them getting ready in the morning to come to your house, They RENT storage space from Reebie moving in Franklin park, 10423 Franklin Ave Ste 100, Franklin Park, IL 60131, including the parking spots for their trucks which are across the street in an oversized parking lot Reebie also ownes. They DO NOT OWN A LOCATION FOR STORAGE, they rent space FROM REEBIE MOVERS. All the boxes they use are also from Reebie moving.

Beware this place! I had discovered the owner used my bank card to deduct $1,200 from my account without authorization. He claims it was an accident and that the bank won't allow him to reverse it. It took a visit to my bank and several weeks to get my money back.

We had a great experience with a major move that occurred in four phases. Two to storage, a major house move, then a full trash removal. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Movers are friendly, work incredibly hard, and despite a high volume and some add ons, the moves were on time. Highly recommend.

My experience with this move was my first in 45 years ,never having used a moving company before. They were on time, fast ,effiecient,and so helpful during the whole out of state move. No damages,or lost items.I highly recommend this company for moving.

We had a great experience with this moving crew! The three-person team was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently moving our belongings from storage to our new home. They handled everything with care, stayed organized throughout the move, and made the whole process much less stressful.
