Absolute terrible experience. Avoid this company at all costs. They damaged items and, left items of mine outside (I'm glad I happened to walk out the back entrance of my building), left trash in the yard, I had to unwrap and reassemble my own furniture, and then they overcharged me several hundred dollars. When we moved into our last place, the movers start to finish, old place to new, took about 3 hours. Now moving out of there and into a new place (with the same stuff!) somehow took 8 hours with these guys.

I do not recommend Pack-Men. I used them because of the good reviews, but was very disappointed. 1) very slow movers. during the move, the movers were incredible unproductive. I had a 3 man team, but I've had 2 move teams in past moves than were much much more efficient. They did a lot of standing around, smoke breaks, and just long periods when I couldn't figure out what (if anything) had been packed up. Because of how slow they were, I cut the move short by asking them not to unpack (as originally planned).
Very unprofessional and very impolite family owned business they broke several items now that I see my stuff and I would not recommend for the price of $460 for two guys 3 hours 40 miles travel do not recommend not worth the hassle horrible experience I tell you.
Fooled by the 4.8 star review. Totally Took advantage of a young female.. Milked the clock!!.. Milked the clock!! Took 9 hrs on a 4-6 hrs move! of an apartment that was 70% percent emptied prior to their arrival!! Charged an additional 500.00. 1200 quote ended up costing 1700.00.. Apartment was 70% clear.. ran up excessive charges for their "overuse of materials." lied about how many boxes they used..billed for 90...have 30 in the storage unit..

Last year, I had a great experience with the company. So I decided to use them for my move again this year. I was incredibly disappointed with the way it went this time. I want to be clear that the movers were great, and they worked very hard. I was impressed with the two movers that I had. Yesterday, Darwin, Ariel, and Tony showed up at our house, ready to move all the furniture and miscellaneous stuff our daughter left here while she pursued an opportunity in another state. (She used Pack-Men back then, too!) The three men treated us with friendly professionalism the entire time. They were absolutely great! They were on time, seriously quick, and super efficient. They treated all the items with care and were so easy to work with.
I'm not the type that give reviews just to be nice. I believe in a company providing good service for the money I spend. So having said that. The exceeded my expectations with cost, time and efficient moving skills. Yes. It is a skill. The best overall experience were the communication of the movers. They were very patient with my uncertainty of what to do with things I didn't need and where to put things in the condo. They could've said nothing and left things how they found it and/or delivered it.

We have used movers four times over the last ten years and this company was BY FAR the best. The crew was punctual, fast, and did great work. They were careful with our items and packed so expertly. I was just so impressed and will use them again when we move a storage unit.
