Don’t even know where to start with this review, this company is beyond terrible! They quoted a price to move a very large swim/spa from a backyard to a trailer in front. They were given dimensions and weight numerous times. The couple who bought it drove here from Pennsylvania, and had arranged everything with Juan. Well, after arriving 2 hours late, Juan’s crew of only 4 guys and a small hand truck arrived to move the spa which was 12 feet x 8 feet and weighed 3000 pounds.

DO NOT BOOK. I scheduled for them to be here between 9-9:30 AM. They did not arrive until 11AM !!!! Juan is nice however this company is very unprofessional.

TTG Movers were quick to offer me a great price to move a piano that I had inherited from my parents, who had recently passed away. The day of the scheduled move, I saw that their profile on Thumbtack had been removed. I had no other way to contact them. I waited for an hour past our scheduled time, and they never showed up. I was unable to find another mover with such short notice, so my piano is now being sold in an estate sale. I could not be more disappointed.
We deeply apologize we still don’t know why our thumbtack got removed and your info stayed in there app they wouldn’t let us retrieve it so we hoped you would Google us and call us we sat around all day hoping you called
Juan and his workers were nice, but this company is not organized for long distance moves. They do not own quality trucks for long distance so they rent them. My dresser was damaged. Cannot find a couple small items. . My two hand trucks were not returned to me. Juan chose to ignore my request for reimbursement for those hand trucks. Recommend you hire well known company for long distance moving.
If you want a good move avoid this company...you try and save some money and end up paying more just hire a actual moving company licensed and insured that way you not left with 1/2 your furniture broken and can't do anything. if you haven't seen one of this trucks on the road AVOID them go with the moving companies you see driving around making good business trust the reviews

Moving is so crazy, sometimes you need some help. Man am I sure glad I found Edwin and Juan with train to go movers! Looking at all of our stuff jammed packed into every nook and cranny was more than overwhelming and we didn’t know where to begin. We had no idea what we were doing or what to buy. We decided that we would pack our stuff and have movers wrap and load everything into pods. We posted a request on facebook and train to go movers reached out to us almost instantly.
The moving crew was very professional and hard working. They communicated well throughout the process and we had no concerns with our furniture being stored overnight. Overall would def use them again and recommend this company to friends and family.
TTG Movers are wonderful. Due to a series of unfortunate events, we found ourselves unexpectedly needing to move out of our old house the following morning and into our new house immediately afterwards. We were turned down by several other local moving companies due to the very short notice. However, Train To Go Movers (TTG Movers) agreed to come at 9A the following morning. The two moving guys, Julius and Oscar were excellent, demonstrating great care and respect for our belongings and furniture.
Outstanding!!!!! Edwin was recommended to us by our Realtor Monika Vera.... Edwin and helper moved us in no time. Very Quick and very professional 👏 I appreciate you guys. There was no way we could have done thing move without you. Their price was extremely fair. Thanks again. We would recommend TTG Movers Edwin and his team get the job done.
