Stay away !!!!! Great company until they get your payment and then go MIA (along with a lot of your goods ). Had some weasel named Steve come to the house to give us an estimate which was supposedly locked in but conveniently was raised $800. Then some secretary named Sarah was supposed to be our move coordinator. We would have been better off with a bag of rocks. It’s now 5 weeks later and half our stuff is missing. If we call there , the secretary hangs up and the weasel won’t talk to us either.
They sent a team of movers who did not speak English and they put duct tape across the back of an expensive leather couch which damaged it, broke a small round wood table and wooden bookcase beyond repair. There was no communication and we …

Arrived in the window they advised. Two movers were friendly and professional, worked efficiently to disassemble and wrap my furniture before moving. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Seemed like a great value for a state-to-state move compared to some of the other quotes I got. Wouldn't hesitate to book them again.
I had an amazing experience with Granite State Movers! Riley Adams came to my apartment and conducted a thorough assessment, providing a fast turnaround on the quote, which was also very affordable and was adaptable on my moving date. Sharon McLellan, the moving coordinator, was fantastic—She was meticulous, provided excellent support, and kept me updated every step of the way, both before and during the move. The entire process was smooth and well-organized.
Hired through North American to pack and load for a long distance move. The guys were all just terrific (Carter, Sean, Junior Scott and Z….something I can’t quite remember, sorry!). But super pleasant, efficient, careful and capable movers.
had a refrigerator hoisted out of a second floor window and new one hoisted in.. Team was prompt, professional and even cleaned up after their work. 11 of 10!!!
