They came to our rescue when another, unnamed company (U-Haul) did not honor our confirmed truck reservation that we had made a week in advance. After driving over an hour to pick up the (U-Haul) rental, the truck wasn't there and been rented 2 days before to someone else, with no notice! So we called Penske's J Street location in Cedar Rapids as we needed to leave as soon as possible the following day. They guaranteed the truck would be there by noon the following day as we we had a time restraint.

They were very knowledgeable on the climate control vs traditional units and all the features they offer. Will definitely recommend!
