Ridiculously rude. By far the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Don't bother even asking them a question, they're too lazy and arrogant for them.
We don’t show that you have ever been a customer at our facility. There is another facility with similar name that you may be referring to spelled Greensborough.

The service was very helpful! He helped me track down my packages very quickly and was very friendly!
The relationship with Greensboro storage started out to be tremendous and has stayed that way since. Needing quick yet secure storage for my RV became troublesome as I attempted to rent space only to discover I'd was late, they had no storage available. Making my call to Greensboro Storage as it turned out, was the only call I needed to make.
