My wife and I had the worst experience with Greenville Moving. Our furniture got damaged. The young man Ashter did not know how to pack the truck and was using his foot to force the furniture in. He was very rude. At one point he couldn’t fit all the furniture in and in a rude manner advised me to rent another truck and drive the remaining furniture myself. We had to put some of our belongings in storage and they were just throwing our things in the unit.
We’re very sorry to hear that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations. We take all customer feedback seriously, and when you reached out to us, we made sure to listen carefully and address your concerns.
Do NOT use this company! I hired them for a simple move. They sent over two incompetent movers that could not remove a couch. They absolutely destroyed my couch, the door frame and the wall! They never removed the couch. It is still in my apartment! They are charging me the full rate And offering me less than 30 Cents on the dollar! They are refusing to come back and remove the couch! Now, that is in addition my responsibility. See the photos of the damage…. it is unbelievable!

We hired Greenville Moving Company to move the contents of our home from Greenville, SC to Hoschton, GA. The whole process was relaxed and straight forward from beginning to end. The owners, staff and crew were polite and responsive to all of our requests. The pricing was fair given the quantity of household goods and distance moved. We did our own box packing, so I can't review that. When they came to pack the truck, they were on time, took a minimum of required breaks and worked as efficiently as possible.

Absolutely phenomenal! These guys just are just freaking awesome! The process to get a quote was easy, and the final price was exactly what they quoted me for. From the first point of contact to the final handshakes, they were all very easy to work with. The move itself couldn't have gone better. We had 4 movers and 2 trucks and these guys worked like a well oiled machine! The best part, though, was how fun they were to be around on what is normally a very stressful day.

I used Greenville Moving for a move from Columbia to Greenville on the recommendation of an acquaintance and had a great experience. I was able to get an estimate quickly and easily online. I found the pricing to be incredibly reasonable, especially considering the distance. I got a confirmation call a couple days before the move, which gave me the chance to ask any last-minute questions. I was given an estimated arrival of 10 am - noon.

I hired Greenville Movers to load up my 26ft Truck that I rented to move to VA. Two young men, DJ and Jerry, showed up today at 10am-on time and on the early part of the window. They worked so hard for 4 hours straight with multiple stairs to navigate. I heard their conversation ( bits and pieces), saw their smiles and felt their positive energy for the entire 4 hours. They were respectful and asked questions and did the best job of any movers I have had in my 35 years of moving experience.
